At The Jana Saga, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. We are a small team and will do our best to get your art to you as quickly as we can!

Order processing time

Our prints are all printed on-demand to reduce waste and give exclusivity to your prints. Please allow a week for the production of the print. Once printed it will be shipped within two days. 

Free Shipping

Australia: Free shipping for orders of $100+.

Rest of the World: Free shipping for orders of $300+.

For products below the amounts outlined above, shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you select and the destination of your order. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the exact shipping cost for your order.

Delivery Estimates

Please note these are estimates provided to us by our shipping partner and may be subject to unforeseen delays. During busy periods and big sales please allow for some additional time.

  • Australia: 1–5 business days.
  • New Zealand: 10–16 business days.
  • USA: 10–28 business days.
  • UK: 10–28 business days.
  • Europe: 10–28 business days.
  • Rest of World: 14–30 business days.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package. You can track your order by visiting the provided tracking link or by logging into your account on The Jana Saga website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Shipping may be delayed or unavailable to certain remote areas. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.
