Due to the nature of the products, being original one-off artworks and limited edition prints, when you check out with these items you are committing to the purchase. Please take the time to carefully make your decision as original artworks and/or limited edition prints cannot be returned or exchanged.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@thejanasaga.com within 7 days of receiving your tracking information with all the information and photos/videos of the damage. If the request is approved, you will be sent a replacement print, free of charge.
